Alive in the 70s is a six-piece, Sydney-based covers band that celebrates the
music and fashion of the seventies. They have been entertaining audiences with their rollicking, high-energy shows around Sydney and regional NSW since 2017, and have quickly established themselves as one of the premiere seventies tribute acts on the scene.
Showcasing the amazing vocal talents of Mama Cath and Papa Pan, and backed
up by a group of seasoned musicians, the band provides audiences with faithful renditions of many of the decades' biggest hits. Alive in the 70s offers a comprehensive seventies musical experience by drawing from an extensive repertoire of songs spanning the great pop, rock, and disco numbers of the era.
As well as the music, the band hits the stage in full seventies costume, much of it original vintage. During 2022, a multimedia element will also be added to the show that will provide an enhanced, more immersive entertainment experience for audiences.
The Alive in the 70s show is available for clubs, corporate work, private functions and any event that requires a good dose of seventies grooviness!
